Welspun Corp, a leading large diameter line pipe manufacturing company, has entered into a definitive agreement with an American midstream major to supply over 274 kilometers (184K MTs) heavy wall, large diameter, 18 meters length, longitudinal saw line-pipe for a prestigious gas project in Americas.

With the addition of this order, the current order book of the company has crossed 958K MTs worth Rs 55 billion.

Shares of the company gained Rs 5.85, or 6.98%, to trade at  Rs 89.65.  The total volume of shares traded  was  454,769 at the BSE (11.44 a.m., Thursday).
