V-Mart Retail, a medium-sized hypermarket retail company, has opened a new store in the state of Bihar. The company has also closed two stores in the state of Assam and Uttar Pradesh respectively. With this total number of stores are 273 stores.
V-Mart Retail is one of the pioneers in setting up stores across various small Indian towns and cities.
Shares of the company gained Rs 122.05, or 4.57%, to settle at Rs 2,791.05. The total volume of shares traded was 1,906 at the BSE (Wednesday).
The scrip has touched a high and low of Rs. 2,863.25 and Rs. 2,700 respectively.The stock has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 3,129.40 on Feb.12, 2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1,293.70 on Mar.24, 2020.
