Texmaco Rail & Engineering announced that the company's Rail EPC division has received an order for Rs 5.21 billion, one of the largest orders for Metro Ballastless track laying work in India, from Bangalore Metro Rail Corporution for Bangalore Metro Rail Project-Phase 2.
The stock had underperformed the market over the past one month till Jul. 30, 2018, rising 0.95% compared with the Sensex's 5.85% rise. It underperformed the market in past one quarter, declining 18.55% as against 6.64% rise in the Sensex.
The company has market capitalization of Rs 17.19 billion as on Jul. 30, 2018.
Shares of the company declined Rs 2.65, or 3.39%, to settle at Rs 75.50. The total volume of shares traded was 136,069 at the BSE (Tuesday).
