Steel Strips Wheels (SSWL), has won an export order for supply of steel wheels for EU Caravan market. The order comprises of 19,500 steel wheels to be shipped from SSWL's Chennai plant in the month of March 2018.

The stock had underperformed the market over the past one month till Feb. 09, 2018, falling 10.65% compared with the Sensex's 1.27% decline. It outperformed the market in past one quarter, gaining 21.61% as against 2.27% rise in the Sensex.

Shares of the company gained Rs 44, or 4.21%, to trade at Rs 1,090.30. The total volume of shares traded was 2,709 at the BSE (12.20 p.m., Monday).
