Somany Ceramics, a providing quality floor tiles, designer kitchen tiles, outdoor tiles & ceramic wall tiles, has issued commercial paper of Rs. 250.0 million value dated September 29, 2016 having maturity on December 09, 2016.

The aforesaid issuance of commercial paper is to reduce high interest bearing cash credit limits and in turn reducing cost of borrowing.

Total volume of shares traded on the bourses today was lower by 52.31% to 11,889 compared with 22-day average volume of 24,930.

Shares of the company gained Rs 6.45, or 1.06%, to trade at  Rs 613.00.  The total volume of shares traded  was  2,291 at the BSE (10.01 a.m., Friday).
