Siemens, a leading technology enabled solutions provider, has received an order worth around Rs 1.19 billion from Sterlite Power Grid Ventures.
The order is for design, engineering, procurement, manufacture, supply and commissioning of equipment for 765/400kV Air Insulated Switchgear (AIS) Substation at Khandwa (Madhya Pradesh) and 765kV AIS Bay Extension Equipment at Dhule (Maharashtra) for Khargone Transmission.
Total volume of shares traded on the bourses today was lower by 39.46% to 196,471 compared with 22-day average volume of 324,551.
Shares of the company gained Rs 7.3, or 0.61%, to settle at Rs 1,206.65. The total volume of shares traded was 8,396 at the BSE (Thursday).
