Shoppers Stop, India's leading fashion retailer, today announced tie-up with hybris software, a SAP company. This liaison will enable Shoppers Stop to provide a seamless and unified shopping experience to customers across its multiple channels i.e. Physical stores, Web, Social, TV and Marketplaces.
Shoppers Stop plans to invest Rs 600 million over the next 3 years in its omni-channel technology, supply chain and talent to strengthen its omni-channel play. Over the next 3 years, it will extend its omni-channel strategy to its group companies HomeStop, Hypercity and Crossword. By 2020, the company targets to achieve 15% revenue through digital-touch points.

Shares of the company gained Rs 4.7, or 1.22%, to settle at Rs 390. The total volume of shares traded was 4,282 at the BSE (Friday).
