Resonance Specialties has entered into an agreement with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), to avail its iON manufacturing Solution.

iON is a strategic unit of TCS focusing on manufacturing industry to provide technology by means of a unique IT-as-a-Service model, offering end-to-end business solutions. TCS iON caters to the needs of multiple industry segments, through innovative, easy-to-use, secured, integrated, hosted solutions in a build-as-you-grow, pay-as-you-use business model.

iON's Cloud Based Solution is highly modular, scalable and configurable giving businesses the benefits of increased efficiencies, faster go to market, increased agility, predictability of technology and better business results. The solution offers security mechanism and ensures data privacy.

Shares of the company gained Rs 0.8, or 2.1%, to trade at Rs 38.85. The total volume of shares traded was 1,308 at the BSE (12.39 p.m., Thursday).
