Reliance Capital announced that Reliance Corporate Advisory Services, a 100% subsidiary of the Company has sold 47,28,081 equity shares held in an unlisted company namely KGS Developers (representing 14.90% of paid up equity share capital), for an aggregate consideration of Rs. 820 million.

The stock had underperformed the market over the past one month till Mar. 28, 2018, falling 10.31% compared with the Sensex's 3.56% decline.  It underperformed the market in past one quarter, declining 25.77% as against 2.60% fall in the Sensex.

Shares of the company declined Rs 5.55, or 1.29%, to settle at  Rs 423.50.  The total volume of shares traded  was  319,108 at the BSE (Wednesday).
