Petron Engineering Construction has received Letter of Intent (LoI) from Shree Cement, Beawar, Rajasthan for civil work at their cement plant at Gulbarga, Karnataka for a total contract value of approximately Rs 210 million.

The scope of work includes Plant Building & Silos i.e. Stacker and Reclaimer, Crusher, VRM Part - II with Misc. work and additional work of Clinker Tank at Gulbarga, Karnataka Cement Project.

Total volume of shares traded on the bourses today was higher by 6.85% to 17,561 compared with 22-day average volume of 16,435.

Shares of the company gained Rs 1.85, or 1.29%, to trade at Rs 144.80. The total volume of shares traded was 1,931 at the BSE (10.30 a.m., Thursday).
