Minda Industries, a manufacturer of two wheeler automotive switches, has signed the Joint Venture Agreement with Katolec Corporation, Japan to manufacture the products including high end electronics like Printed Circuit Boards (PCB) and Box Build Assemblies.
The Joint Venture company is proposed to be set in Pune, Maharashtra.
Total volume of shares traded on the bourses today was higher by 113.32% to 274,145 compared with 22-day average volume of 128,511.
Shares of the company gained Rs 11.3, or 2.98%, to trade at Rs 390.65. The total volume of shares traded was 34,771 at the BSE (2.49 p.m., Wednesday).
