Maruti Suzuki India, India's leading passenger vehicle manufacturer, reported 0.6 per cent decrease in total sales at 164,369 units in June against 165,346 units in the year-ago month.

The company said, ''Domestic sales stood at 154,150 units, up 0.1 per cent from 154,001 units in June last year.''

The company's exports were down 9.9 per cent to 10,219 units as compared with 11,345 units in the same period last year.

Shares of the company declined Rs 166.4, or 1.75%, to trade at Rs 9,340.00. The total volume of shares traded was 14,259 at the BSE (10.29 a.m., Wednesday).
