Kilitch Drugs forms JV in Ethopia to set up manufacturing unit

Kilitch Drugs India announced that the company has formed a joint venture in the Republic of Ethiopia with a local party therein to set up a pharmaceutical or nutraceutical manufacturing unit. 
Moreover, the company shall be a partner to the tune of 97% and the Ethiopian partner shall hold remaining 3% in the said joint venture. Kilitch Drugs (India) is engaged in the development and operations of pharmaceutical business. The company's services range from manufacturing to marketing a host of formulations in all dosage forms, including solid, liquid and parenteral forms. Shares of the company gained Rs 1.95, or 6.13%, to trade at Rs 33.75. The total volume of shares traded was 6,197 at the BSE (11.25 a.m., Monday).
