JSW Steel, an integrated steel manufacturer, has reported a growth of 45% in crude steel production to 12.27 lac tons for November 2016. JSW's flat rolled products production during the month gained 71% to 8.87 lac tons from 5.19 lac tons over last year period.

The company witnessed a declined 2% in the production of long rolled products to 2.21 lac tons in November 2016 from 2.25 lac tons in the same period last year.

Total volume of shares traded on the bourses today was lower by 77.60% to 147,402 compared with 22-day average volume of 657,954.

Shares of the company declined Rs 9.10, or 0.55%, to trade at Rs 1,638.00 at the BSE (Wednesday).
