JMC Projects (India) has secured new orders worth Rs 5.56 billion. The order is for EPC project for laying of water pipeline in Orissa for Rs 2.83 billion and construction of residential buildings and associated infrastructure development works at Nalanda University, Bihar for Rs 2.73 billion.
S. K. Tripathi, CEO & Dy. Managing Director, said, ''We are delighted with the new order wins in our water and building segments as this reaffirms our faith in these businesses becoming major growth drivers for us going forward. With the above order wins, our order intake for the current financial year has crossed Rs 34.50 billion, giving us confidence to deliver on our growth targets of 15-20% for financial yea r 2018-19."
Shares of the company declined Rs 0.05, or 0.01%, to trade at Rs 558.00. The total volume of shares traded was 623 at the BSE (9.24 a.m., Monday).
