Jet Airways, India's full service, premier international airline, has waived off air freight charges on all domestic cargo shipments of relief material to Kerala.
The airline is also working closely with the State Administration and several NGOs such as Resul Pookutty Foundation, Uday Foundation, The Art of Living, Karukapadath Charitable Trust, Rotary India, Doctors for You and Americares India among others, to support relief and rehabilitation efforts in Kerala. Till date, Jet Airways has airlifted over 10 tonnes of relief material comprising medicines, clothes, baby food, rice and other provisions, milk powder, bed sheets, and linen to the flood ravaged state.

devastation in Kerala are small measures given the scale of the destruction, we are taking every possible step to help people recover from this life-altering tragedy.''
Shares of the company declined Rs 0.2, or 0.07%, to trade at Rs 281.90. The total volume of shares traded was 45,642 at the BSE (9.28 a.m., Friday).
