Induslnd Bank having entered into an agreement with Infrastructure Leasing and Financial Services, the promoter shareholder of IL&FS Securities Services (ISSL) to acquire 100% of ISSL (Proposed Acquisition), the Reserve Bank of India has granted approval for the Proposed Acquisition.

Shares of the bsnk declined Rs 41.4, or 2.26%, to trade at Rs 1,788.50. The total volume of shares traded was 46,958 at the BSE (3.34 p.m., Wednesday).
