India Home Loan enters into MoU with National Housing Bank

India Home Loan has entered into Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with National Housing Bank (NHB) for implementation of Credit Linked Subsidy Scheme for MIG (Middle Income Group) for providing interest subsidy scheme to Middle Income group segment in urban areas as a part of "Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna (Urban) - Housing for All" mission.

The company had already entered into MOU with NUB for implementation of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana-Credit Linked Subsidy Scheme (PMAY-CLSS) for beneficiaries of EWS/LIG.

Government of India has designated National Housing Bank as Central Nodal Agency (CNA) to implement the scheme. Under the Memorandum of Understanding, India Home Loan Limited will be provided interest subsidy w.r.t loans sanctioned to various borrowers/beneficiaries under the scheme.

Shares of the company declined Rs 0.45, or 0.4%, to trade at Rs 111.80. The total volume of shares traded was 35,107 at the BSE (10.18 a.m., Tuesday).
