Himachal Futuristic Communications has received an Advance Purchase Order worth Rs 5.79 billion approx. from Bharat Sanchar Nigam (BSNL), New Delhi vide its letter dated April 09, 2018 for Survey, Planning, Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning, Integration with existing core network and Operation and Maintenance for five years of 2G GSM BSS Network through Microwave Radio and VSAT backhaul in uncovered villages of Karbi Anglong & Dima Haso districts of Assam.

The network will include 924 BTS sites and cater to 1313 villages.

Shares of the company gained Rs 1, or 3.7%, to trade at Rs 28.00. The total volume of shares traded was 795,928 at the BSE (9.59 a.m., Wednesday).
