HCL Technologies, a leading global technology company, and JDA Software, Inc., today announced a collaboration to extend the value of JDA Commerce, SofTechnics, and Pricing and Revenue Management solutions through modernizing the solutions' architecture and shifting to a SaaS model.

Under the terms of the partnership, HCL Technologies will join forces with JDA on development, product support, and go-to-market (GTM) initiatives for JDA's Commerce, SofTechnics, and Pricing and Revenue Management solutions.

Shares of the company gained Rs 10, or 1.1%, to trade at Rs 920.60. The total volume of shares traded was 13,012 at the BSE (11.25 a.m., Friday).
