Hatsun Agro Product announced that the company has completed acquisition of a Feed Mill unit on Dec. 31, 2015 under the private treaty agreement with the Indian Overseas Bank and VKS Farms.

On Dec. 23, 2015,  the company's board approved acquisition of the mill unit belonging to VKS Farms on out-right basis for Rs 135 million in all cash deal basis.

Shares of the company gained Rs 2.05, or 0.5%, to trade at Rs 414.15.
