Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals (GSFC), a manufacturer of fertilizer, announced Tuesday the board of directors has approved change in directorate.

Geeta Goradia has been appointed as an additional independent woman director, the company said.  

Raj Kumar, IAS, has been appointed as director in place of P. N. Roy Chowdhury.

Shares of the company gained Rs 0.65, or 0.9%, to trade at Rs 72.90. The total volume of shares traded was 59,151 at the BSE (11.25 a.m., Tuesday).
