GRM Overseas, engaged in the business of processing and sale of rice and paddy, has entered into an agreement with Christensen Investor Relations India for public and investor relations-related services. The purpose of the agreement is to provide general investor relations services to support the company’s positioning in India and the global capital market.

Shares of the company gained 13.55, or 4.54%, to settle  at  Rs 311.85.  The total volume of shares traded  was  142,640 at  the BSE (Tuesday). The scrip has touched an intraday high of Rs 313.20 and low of Rs 288.10.
