Future Enterprises announced that the company has sold on floor of Stock Exchange 3,05,70,108 Equity shares which is 16.09% of Equity share capital of Future Lifestyle Fashions (FLFL).

This shares has been bought on floor of exchange by Future Corporate Resources Limited, a Promoter group Company, by way of inter-se transfer under Block Deal mechanism at prevailing market rate at time of trade.

Consequent to the said transfer, the company has disposed its investment in FLFL. The aforesaid disclosure is given since the Company was holding more than 5% of the equity share capital of FLFL.

Shares of the company gained Rs 0.35, or 2.17%, to trade at Rs 16.45. The total volume of shares traded was 27,468 at the BSE (9.52 a.m., Tuesday).
