Escorts Agri Machinery Segment (EAM) in June 2018 sold 9,983 tractors registering a growth of 72.8% against 5,776 tractors sold in June 2017.

Domestic tractor sales in June 2018 at 9,758 tractors is up by 72.1% against 5,669 tractors sold in June 2017.

Export for the month of June 2018 at 225 tractors is up by 110.3% against 107 tractors sold in June 2017.

The stock had underperformed the market over the past one month till Jun. 29, 2018, falling 10.52% compared with the Sensex's 0.73% rise. It underperformed the market in past one quarter, gaining 1.05% as against 7.45% rise in the Sensex.

Shares of the company gained Rs 11.85, or 1.36%, to trade at Rs 882.05. The total volume of shares traded was 56,009 at the BSE (9.48 a.m., Monday).
