Ducon Infratechnologies, announced today that its US subsidiary, Ducon Combustion Equipment Inc., (subsidiary) has received new orders of Rs 520 million for two 50 MW packaged cogeneration plantsfrom a major S. Korean EPC company during the month of June 2018. The orders will be delivered in the next two months.

The company had set up the subsidiary last December to supply packaged boilers, cogeneration plants and heat recovery systemsto clients worldwide.

''As a result of our expanded sales and marketing activities over the past several months we are seeing increased activity in our newly formed subsidiary's business,'' said Aron Govil, Chairman of the company.

''Our goal here is to have consistent ongoing business which will supplement our existing growing businessin India," continued Govil.

Shares of the company gained Rs 3.35, or 17.63%, to trade at Rs 22.35. The total volume of shares traded was 69,489 at the BSE (11.21 a.m., Wednesday).
