Deepak Nitrite, manufacturer of industrial chemicals today issued commercial paper for Rs 300 million, subscribed by HDFC Bank having maturity on Dec. 03, 2015.

The company has issued commercial papers to fund working capital requirement of the company. 

The commercial paper of Rs 300 million which were issued  on Apr. 17, 2015 has been repaid on Sept. 04, 2015.

Shares of the company declined Rs 1.8, or 2.98%, to trade at Rs 58.60. The total volume of shares traded was 4,870 at the BSE (2.33 p.m., Friday).
