Deepak Fertilisers and Petrochemicals Corporation (DFPCL) will be receiving the pending fertiliser subsidy amounting to Rs 3.10 billion.

The Department of Fertilisers (DOF), Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilisers, Government of India will be releasing the balance withheld amount of Rs 3.10 billion to the company on providing a Bank Guarantee of equivalent amount.

Deepak Fertilisers and Petrochemicals Corporation (DFPCL) is a manufacturer of fertilizers. The company’s segments include Chemicals, which offers products, such as ammonia, methanol, dilute nitric acid (DNA), concentrated nitric acid (CAN), carbon dioxide (CO2) etc.

Shares of the company gained Rs 6.8, or 2.55%, to trade at Rs 273.00. The total volume of shares traded was 18,706 at the BSE (12.12 p.m., Friday).
