CyberTech Systems and Software has entered into an agreement with the PR Newswire Europe for distribution of news and content related to the company to audiences such as print and broadcast newsrooms, journalists, bloggers, financial portals, social media networks, websites, content Syndicators, and search engines for a period of one year with effect from April 1, 2017 to March 31, 2018. The agreement was signed on April 10, 2017.

Total volume of shares traded on the bourses today was lower by 92.91% to 5,092 compared with 22-day average volume of 71,835.

Shares of the company declined Rs 0.6, or 0.81%, to trade at Rs 73.90. The total volume of shares traded was 5,092 at the BSE (10.42 a.m., Wednesday).
