Chartered Logistics, engaged in logistics business on Monday announced that it has transferred a total of 7,12,578 equity shares to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF).

"In pursuant to the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016, the Company has transferred a total of 7,12,578 (Seven Lakhs Twelve thousand five hundred seventy eight) equity shares to the Investor Education and Protection Fund.  The actual date of transfer to IEPF is Nov.19, 2020. The company has already complied with the ROC form/compliance as necessary," the logistic company said.

Shares of the company gained Rs 0.19, or 6.35%, to trade at  Rs 3.18.  The total volume of shares traded  was  86,783 at the BSE (11.46 a.m., Tuesday).
