Brigade Enterprises, Bangalore-based real estate developer, has incorporated Tetrarch Developers as its wholly-owned subsidiary to undertake a Real Estate development business. The company acquires 10 lakh equity shares of Tetrarch Developers at Rs 10 each for Rs 10 million.

Tetrarch Developers is a public limited company incorporated and registered with the Registrar of companies in Bengaluru, Karnataka, Ministry of Corporate Affairs on Sep. 21, 2021. The company is yet to commence its operations.

Shares of the company gained Rs 15.70, or 3.87%, to settle at  Rs 421.25.  The total volume of shares traded  was  123,952 at the BSE (Thursday). The scrip has touched an intraday high of Rs 438.65 and 401.10.
