Bank of India has floated a Request for Proposal (RFP) for sale of its 29.96% stake in its Associate Company i.e. STCI Finance.

Shares of the bank declined Rs 0.25, or 0.16%, to settle at Rs 158.00. The total volume of shares traded was 484,396 at the BSE (Monday).
