Bank of Baroda has raised Rs 8.50 billion through issue and allotment of the bonds. The Bank has allotted 8.65% - BASEL III Compliant AT I Bonds -Series IX (Unsecured, Perpetual).
The Bank has issued 8,500 bonds of face value of Rs 10 lakh each. The issues opened on August 9, 2017 and closed on the same day.
Bank of Baroda is engaged in providing various services, such as personal banking, corporate banking, international banking, small and medium enterprise (SME) banking, rural banking, non-resident Indian (NRI) services and treasury services.
Shares of the bank declined Rs 0.5, or 0.35%, to trade at Rs 142.05. The total volume of shares traded was 893,523 at the BSE (3.13 p.m., Monday).
