Bank of Baroda (BoB), one of the leading public sector lenders, has issued and allotted Additional Tier I Basel III Compliant Bonds on private placement basis amounting to Rs 10 billion.
The Bank has issued 10,000 bonds with face value of Rs 10 lakh each. The issue opened and closed on March 22, 2017. The Bonds were allotted on March 22, 2017.
Total volume of shares traded on the bourses today was lower by 74.34% to 2,187,737 compared with 22-day average volume of 8,525,256.
Shares of the bank declined Rs 0.55, or 0.34%, to trade at Rs 160.70. The total volume of shares traded was 228,342 at the BSE (10.11 a.m., Thursday).
