Bajaj Auto, one of the leading 2 and 3 wheeler makers, announced a rise of 46% in sales to 353,147 units in January 2018 compared to 241,917 units sold in the same period last year.
The company's domestic sales increased to 202,193 units from 135,188 units sold in January 2017.
The company's exports up 41% to 150,954 units in January 2018 from 106,729 units sold in January 2017.
Shares of the company declined Rs 26.5, or 0.78%, to trade at Rs 3,383.00. The total volume of shares traded was 14,620 at the BSE (9.57 a.m., Friday).
