Bajaj Auto, one of the leading 2 and 3 wheeler makers, announced a rise of 31% in sales to 357,883 units in February 2018 compared to 273,513 units sold in the same period last year.
The company's domestic sales increased to 214,023 units from 159,109 units sold in February 2017.
The company's exports up 26% to 143,860 units in February 2018 from 114,404 units sold in February 2017.
Total volume of shares traded on the bourses today was lower by 97.04% to 10,487 compared with 22-day average volume of 353,844.
Shares of the company gained Rs 44.40, or 1.47%, to trade at Rs 3056.00 at the BSE Thursday).
