Apollo Hospitals Enterprise, one of the largest healthcare groups, announced that the company has issued a Letter of Comfort for an aggregate sum of Rs. 371 million to ICICI Bank in connection with the sanction of credit facilities in favour of its step-down subsidiary, Alliance Dental Care, Chennai.
Total volume of shares traded on the bourses today was lower by 86.93% to 25,117 compared with 22-day average volume of 192,188.
Apollo Hospitals Enterprise owns and operates chain of multi-specialty hospitals.
Shares of the company gained Rs 8.70, or 0.77%, to trade at Rs 1,136.20. The total volume of shares traded was 1,625 at the BSE (9.59 a.m., Tuesday).
