Usha Martin said its net loss for the quarter ended December 2015 has widened to Rs 834.60. It reported a net loss of Rs 435.90 million in the same quarter last year.
Revenues for the quarter declined marginally 3.23% to Rs 8,596.90 million, compared with Rs 8,883.90 million for the prior year period.
Operating margin for the quarter stood at 5.33 percent as compared to 6.87 percent for the previous year period. Operating Income for the quarter was Rs 458.60 million, compared with Rs 610.5 million in the previous year period.
Earnings per share stood negative at Rs 2.74 compared with negative Rs 1.43 in the same quarter last year.

Shares of the company gained Rs 0.5, or 5.97%, to settle at Rs 8.88. The total volume of shares traded was 300,150 at the BSE (Monday).
