Reliance Communications disclosed a substantial rise in consolidated net profit for the quarter ended June 2015. During the quarter, the profit of the company rose 34.09% to Rs 1,770.00 million from Rs 1,320.00 million in the same quarter previous year.
Revenues for the quarter rose marginally 2.60% to Rs 54,930.00 million, compared with Rs 53,540 million for the prior year period.
Operating margin for the quarter stood at 15.55 percent as compared to 14.25 percent for the previous year period. Operating Income for the quarter was Rs 8,540.00 million, compared with Rs 7630 million in the previous year period.
Earnings per share for the quarter stood at Rs 0.71, registering 10.94% growth over previous year period.
