Punjab Chemicals & Crop Protection swung to a loss for the quarter ended June 2015. During the quarter, the company reported a loss of Rs 54.40 million compared with a profit of Rs 0.80 million in the same quarter previous year.
Revenues for the quarter declined 33.65% to Rs 666.10 million, compared with Rs 1,003.90 million for the prior year period.
Operating margin for the quarter stood at negative 6.49 percent as compared to a postive 6.41 percent for the previous year period. Operating loss for the quarter was Rs 43.20 million, compared with an operating income of Rs 64.30 million in the previous year period.
Earnings per share stood negative at Rs 4.44 compared with Rs 0.07 in same quarter last year.
