Mindteck (India) disclosed a steep drop in consolidated net profit for the quarter ended March 2016. During the quarter, the profit of the company declined 35.37% to Rs 21.24 million from Rs 32.86 million in the same quarter last year.
Revenues for the quarter rose marginally 2.49% to Rs 793.57 million, compared with Rs 774 million for the prior year period.
Operating margin for the quarter stood at 41.70 percent as compared to 60.04 percent for the previous year period. Operating Income for the quarter was Rs 330.91 million, compared with Rs 464.87 million in the previous year period.
Earnings per share for the quarter stood at Rs 0.80, registering 38.46% decline over previous year period.

Shares of the company declined Rs 5.65, or 5.44%, to settle at Rs 98.25. The total volume of shares traded was 38,158 at the BSE (Friday).
