Indian Hotels Company swung to a profit for the quarter ended June 2015. During the quarter, the company reported a profit of Rs 347.80 million compared with a loss of Rs 348.20 million in the same quarter previous year.
Revenues for the quarter rose 10.18% to Rs 10,329.20 million, compared with Rs 9,375 million for the prior year period.
Operating margin for the quarter stood at 3.15 percent as compared to 1.12 percent for the previous year period. Operating Income for the quarter was Rs 325.70 million, compared with Rs 104.7 million in the previous year period.
Earnings per share stood at Rs 0.35 compared with negative Rs 0.43 in the same quarter last year.
