Hindustan Construction Company (HCC) announced a steady growth in standalone net profit for the quarter ended June 2016. During the quarter, the profit of the company rose 17.49% to Rs 108.80 million from Rs 92.60 million in the same quarter previous year. Revenues for the quarter rose marginally 0.76% to Rs 9,824.50 million, compared with Rs 9,751 million for the prior year period.
Operating margin for the quarter stood at 17.56 percent as compared to 18.30 percent for the previous year period. Operating Income for the quarter was Rs 1,725.40 million, compared with Rs 1783.9 million in the previous year period.
Earnings per share for the quarter stood at Rs 0.14, registering 16.67% growth over previous year period.
