Gateway Distriparks announced a steep drop in standalone net profit for the quarter ended September 2016. During the quarter, the profit of the company declined 39.72% to Rs 100.72 million from Rs 167.07 million in the same quarter last year.
Revenues for the quarter declined marginally 2.28% to Rs 834.13 million, compared with Rs 853.63 million for the prior year period.
Operating margin for the quarter stood at 18.96 percent as compared to 26.05 percent for the previous year period. Operating Income for the quarter was Rs 158.11 million, compared with Rs 222.38 million in the previous year period.
Earnings per share for the quarter stood at Rs 0.93, registering 39.61% decline over previous year period.
