Bayer CropScience announced a steady growth in standalone net profit for the quarter ended June 2016. During the quarter, the profit of the company rose 18.63% to Rs 1,312.00 million from Rs 1,106.00 million in the same quarter last year.
Revenues for the quarter rose 7.31% to Rs 8,555.00 million, compared with Rs 7,972 million for the prior year period.
Operating margin for the quarter stood at 22.01 percent as compared to 18.38 percent for the previous year period. Operating Income for the quarter was Rs 1,883.00 million, compared with Rs 1465 million in the previous year period.
Earnings per share for the quarter stood at Rs 37.11, registering 22.88% growth over previous year period.
