Bajaj Corp announced a good increase in standalone net profit for the quarter ended September 2015. During the quarter, the profit of the company rose 24.96% to Rs 467.77 million from Rs 374.35 million in the same quarter last year.
Revenues for the quarter rose 10.73% to Rs 2,081.88 million, compared with Rs 1,880 million for the prior year period.
Operating margin for the quarter stood at 30.62 percent as compared to 27.05 percent for the previous year period. Operating Income for the quarter was Rs 637.57 million, compared with Rs 508.64 million in the previous year period.
Earnings per share for the quarter stood at Rs 3.17, registering 24.80% growth over previous year period.

Shares of the company gained Rs 1.55, or 0.35%, to trade at Rs 444.40. The total volume of shares traded was 12,013 at the BSE (10.45 a.m., Thursday).
