B and A Packaging India  disclosed a sharp rise in standalone net profit for the quarter ended June 2015.  During the quarter, the profit of the company rose 89.26% to Rs 13.22 million from Rs 6.99 million  in the same quarter last year.

Revenues for the quarter  rose 12.95% to Rs 148.09 million, compared with Rs 131 million for the prior year period.

Operating margin for the quarter stood at 17.36 percent  as compared to 12.09 percent for the previous year period.  Operating Income for the quarter was Rs 25.71 million, compared with Rs 15.848 million in the previous year period.

Earnings per share for the quarter stood at Rs 2.67, registering 89.36% growth over previous year period.
