Oberoi Realty announced a sharp rise in consolidated net profit for the quarter ended December 2015. During the quarter, the profit of the company rose 2.64 times to Rs 2,093.50 million from Rs 792.30 million in the same quarter last year.
Revenues for the quarter for the quarter rose 3.60 times to Rs 7,903.30 million, compared with Rs 2,196.00 million for the prior year period.
Operating margin for the quarter stood at 39.91 percent as compared to 44.08 percent for the previous year period. Operating income for the quarter was Rs 3,154.60 million, compared with Rs 968 million in the previous year period.
Earnings per share for the quarter stood at Rs 6.17, registering 2.56 times growth over previous year period.

Shares of the company declined Rs 4.75, or 1.9%, to trade at Rs 245.35. The total volume of shares traded was 52,492 at the BSE (11.54 a.m., Monday).
