Industrial metal prices settled higher in the global markets on Thursday. Zinc gained the most with the rise of 2.32 percent followed by Aluminim (1.98 percent), Lead (0.58 percent), and Copper (0.2 percent) at the London Metal Exchange(LME). On the other hand, Nickel dropped with fall of 0.79 percent.
Copper prices gained $11.00 or 0.2 percent to settle at $5,611.50 per MT at the London Metal Exchange (LME). Aluminium prices rose $37.50 or 1.98 percent to close at $1,933.00 per MT. Zinc prices jumped $59.00 or 2.32 percent to close at $2,605.00 per MT.
Nickel prices declined $75.00 or 0.79 percent to close at $9,380.00 per MT. Lead prices rose $12.50 or 0.58 percent to close at $2,160.50 per MT. Tin prices went up $30.00 or 0.15 percent to close at $19,905.00 per MT.
