Industrial metal futures are trading lower in the Indian markets on Friday. Metal index at the Multi-Commodity Exchange (MCX) declined 5.97 points or 0.14 percent to trade at 4,290.12.

Copper futures lost Rs 2.45 or 0.73 percent to trade at 334.80 per kg at the MCX. Aluminium futures lost Rs 0.35 or 0.31 percent to trade at Rs 111.90 per kg. Zinc futures lost Rs 0.50 or 0.39 percent to trade at Rs 128.65 per kg.

Nickel futures declined Rs 5.80 or 0.63 percent to trade at Rs 915.30 per kg. Lead futures lost Rs 0.50 or 0.44 percent to trade at Rs 113.60 per kg.
